Peter Dahl, CEO
In 2004 Peter Dahl was named one of the "Forty Under 40," a special leadership award by the Business Journal.

Peter Dahl began his banking career in 1991 at BankWindsor in Minneapolis. While there, he held positions as a credit analyst, loan officer, executive vice president and, ultimately, chief operating officer. When the bank was acquired by Associated Banc-Corp of Wisconsin in 1999, Peter became vice president of Associated Commercial Mortgage, Inc. in Minneapolis. In 2000, Peter Dahl helped form Crown Bank.

Peter graduated from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Edina Chamber of Commerce, the Minnesota Banker's Association, and the Independent Community Banker's Association.

Kevin Howk, president, Edina location
Kevin Howk was named in 2004 as president of Crown Bank's Edina location and senior lending officer.

He began his banking career at Cargill in 1990. Kevin worked at BankWindsor from 1992 to 2000. He helped start Crown Bank in 2000. Howk is a champion of "localized banking."

Kevin is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and attended the University of Northern Iowa.

John Crinklaw, president, Minneapolis location
John Crinklaw was named president of the Minneapolis branch of Crown Bank in 2004.

John worked for National City Bank for 24 years, rising to executive vice president. From 1991 to 1997, he was president of BankWindsor. After the bank was acquired by Associated Banc-Corp of Wisconsin, John became CEO of the Associated Bank in Minneapolis. He held that position until 2004.

John is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and past membership chair for the Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce.
